I had posted a blog a couple of weeks ago indicating that I intended to quit blogging. After a couple of days, I decided I wasn’t going to let a certain person cause me to give up something that I love and have loved doing.

Things in my life really, REALLY suck right now. Bad. I am at a point so low - never been this bad before. I have some hard decisions to make and can only hope that it doesn’t mess up the relationship I have with my family - the only people in this world who truly love me. Yet they really have no idea what all is going on with me. Too painful.

I may leave the site up a little while longer, something is due to be paid next month - I think the hosting. I may blog again some other day and if so I will notify those of you who actually come here to read. It may take me awhile if ever. But life is hard right now and the situation has taken the joy I had in blogging away.

I wouldn’t normally post something like this, but it is so beyond acting like a grown up that I have to vent.

In the past year, I received a friend request on myspace from someone I went to school with. I can’t say that I knew her really well, but we weren’t “not friends” so to speak. We have developed an online friendship via messages and so forth.

I have noticed that she has drama in her life. Basically, issues with ex-husband, his new wife, her current husband’s ex-wife. That kind of stuff. And myspace as well as facebook are forums for all of them to use to “get” at each other. We are from a small town and community, so I know her current husband, ex-husband and his new wife. I wouldn’t know the other ex-wife if she walked up and slapped me in the face. View the rest of this entry…

I wish I could say it has been a good weekend, but my husband works on Sundays for the better part of the day. But we had a really great day together on Saturday. Anything special? Not really. Slept in. Ate lunch. Went to a few flea markets. Looked at cell phones and wishes we could afford a fancy gadget but we cannot. Late afternoon had some ice cream at Dairy Queen. Headed home, had a little nap, then went out for supper with some friends at a place we hadn’t tried before (Jerry’s in Trumann which was awesome!). We had no children and just spent the day enjoying each other and none of life’s worries that have bogged us down over the past few weeks.

Sometimes, just getting out of the house is enough to reconnect with your better half.
