So, I’ve been thinking up until FIVE minutes ago that we were going to my dream concert tonight – Live and Collective Soul. I got online on myspace and had just posted a comment for Collective Soul, who still have the date on their calendar.

I go to Live’s page to post a comment, it isn’t on the calendar. And I see a blog – “Sunday’s show canceled.” I’m thinking, oh no they didn’t.

But they did. Not only is the show canceled, it is NOT being rescheduled. I have been looking forward to this show well…since long before I bought the tickets! And now there is no show.

It also bums me out because George had to be at work early today in order for us to go to this show and he and out went out of town yesterday only to come back late last night when we could’ve spent the night had he worked his regular shift.

We had a great day – we went about an hour away and just hung out and relaxed. Got a room somewhere (yes, just for the day but I felt like we needed this time), ate at one of my favorite burger makers, watched a movie, soaked in a huge whirlpool tub…just RELAXED in a nice, romantic setting. It was just nice to get away, but it would have been better had we known.

And now I’m getting pissed. George reworked his schedule to go to this show, we left that place last night at 11pm so he could get back for work EARLY this morning…and he maybe could have reworked his shift had WHOEVER is running that myspace page posted a BULLETIN.

Geez, I’ve got to stop. I am really bummed out now.
