Now you now what ELSE is up with me. My boss accepted a position elsewhere, where there is already clerical staff. So, now on top of planning a wedding…I have to find a job.
I have resumes out everywhere, but one job in particular really seems made for me. I had to apply online and they quit taking applications on Sunday. I really hope to hear from them. I have an interview tomorrow and another in a couple of weeks (I know…wth?).
It’s just depressing – having to start all over again. Wait a year before vacation. Wait 3 months for insurance or benefits.
I reckon I have survived worse.

Aw, man…I know that feeling. In 2002, we were planning a wedding, and we BOTH lost our jobs! We lived on unemployment for a few months before we got jobs. Luckily,most of the wedding had been paid for.
I’ll be keeping you in my thoughts, and I do expect an invite, even if it’s just a virtual one
