It was our turn to be flocked at work today:

You know, to give a brief explanation – this is part of the local Miss Arkansas contestant’s effort to raise money for the Arkansas Children’s Hospital. The flock shows up at a different business everyday and it migrated to our office sometime over the weekend.

In other news – today is the first day for me on the Fat Smash Diet. Wish me luck, I really need it. You can read all about it at my diet blog, sogroovynow.wordpress.com.

Some of you may or may not have visited my myspace page. My current song is Memory in the Making by John Kilzer. I’m not sure if this song hit nationwide; it came out in 1988. John Kilzer is a local Memphis musician. I always liked that song, just nice and mellow. And it has one of my favorite lines in a song ever: you’re just a ghost in a castle, that’s my destiny to wrassle. Got to LOVE it!!
