I was working on a little project tonight and I turned the TV on NBC.  I wasn’t sure if My Name Is Earl would be on (though I knew it would be a rerun), but I thought…who knows?

And it did come on!  Five minutes ago.  Last year’s Christmas episode that I missed (so I have the whole first season on DVD, but I haven’t finished it yet).  And what was playing at the beginning of the show??

The Brian Setzer Orchestra.  Dig That Crazy Santa Claus.

Who do I love more…Earl, or Brian?  That is hard to say at this point.  I have tried really hard to utilize Earl’s thinking about karma in my own life lately, but having PMS this week has really screwed the karma thing for me up.   At any rate, Earl is trying hard to be good, and so am I.  But Brian?  He’s a cool cat.  And dig that hair.  He can sing, play guitar…and he puts on an awesome show.

I could not possibly pick between the two.  Sigh.
