I’m no critic or anything.  My tastes in music, television, reading and movies vary quite a bit, and I think that is something to be proud of.  Though I do tend to see some previews to movies or TV shows and think…I am just not interested in that (this new ‘Miami Vice’ for instance.  I was such a huge fan of that tv show in its day).

I’ve gone to see a few movies this summer.  Cars, The Lake House, Pirates of the Caribbean, and Clerks II.  I’ve gotten lucky because I enjoyed every one of them.  I haven’t really commented on the last two since I went to see them.

I think I have everything the way I want with this new design.  It’s probably going to be a work in progress but…I’m satisfied for now.

I’ll be back to blogging like normal over the next few days.  I was thinking of creating a subdomain to blog specifically about movies, music and books.  A place to go to read about all the movies you seen, books you’ve read, music you heard with people who have also see, read or heard…so you don’t spoil it for those who haven’t.  What do you think?

Yes, I’m all into it…I wasn’t going to get involved, yet I couldn’t help myself.

My personal opinion as far as the strongest singers are Patrice and Dilana.  I think Dilana would fit in perfectly with this group.  She is so edgy, and so different…I really like her.

Here is my gripe: these guys need to stop thinking with what’s between their legs when it comes to that Zayra chick.

On last week’s show with performances, Josh sang Come As You Are by Nirvana.  He was told that they were going to play auditoriums, not coffee houses and that he needs to “rock” more.

Still working on this new design along with some new plug-ins.  I’m feeling a little put out with my website host right now.  I can’t get any plug-ins to work, and I think they are the problem.  I need to find a new host, I suppose but I hate having to move all this stuff over.  But a person’s gotta do what a person’s gotta do, I suppose.

Sorry, I’m just a little cranky about all this.  I think I’ll just go to bed and work on it tomorrow.   I was up til midnight last night trying to figure something out, and I never did.  I’m still waiting to hear from my host’s technical support.

As you can see, I’ve been messing around with a template, trying to change it up a little bit around here.  As you can also see, I’m not done.  I’ve been working on this steady since about 2pm today and it’s still not quite the way I want it.

If anyone out there with wordpress knowledge can tell me how to create a new page that will list all the links that I put in on my link manager…I’ll love you lots.

Groovy girl is going to stay up, because she just looks so great.  I just saw the hemingway template and thought I could possibly come up with something decent.  We’ll see how it goes, I suppose.
