I meant to talk about this several weeks ago when I heard from her, but never got around to it.  Maybe Memorial Day is a good day to talk of it.  I have an online friend who has gone thru some tough times.

Some of you may (or may not) know that about 5 years ago, I was this HUGE wrestling fan.  Specifically, I loved the Undertaker (Mark Calaway).  I actually had a big community set up for female fans, and a website that was pretty popular.  Once my divorce started winding down, as well as the ending of a relationship that meant a lot to me, I just didn’t want to do it anymore.  It had become a chore and quit being fun.

To date, there are still four ladies that I stay in touch with via email.  It is really strange how something such as crushing on a celebrity can create friendships.

actually, here’s what’s new at our house:

My daughter decided to name him Clark.  I have a bad habit of giving the animals last names.  Like our guinea pig, Rufus.  His name is Rufus Xavier Sarsparella.  We once had a cat named Callie McBeal.  When my daughter told me the new cat’s name was going to be Clark, I told her his last name was Gable.  No, not Kent.  GABLE.  Clark Gable, whom I adore. 

I don’t care what anyone says, Gone With the Wind is one of the greatest movies EVER and why he didn’t win the Oscar for that is beyond me.

I was listening to the radio this morning as I was getting ready, and that was my thought.  Are we truly running out of song titles when a song called Hips Don’t Lie is a hit??

And oh yea…Shakira…Mariah Carey wants her 1990 hair style back.

sorry…know I haven’t really written much lately.  I’ll freely admit I have been stressing about things and it is directly related to PMS.  I can hear all you men now groaning…why did she have to bring THAT up?  But IT happens. 

There has got to be some kind of over the counter type stuff I can take to assist with the PMS.  Any of you ladies out there have a suggestion?  I could use the help.  That one week I am consumed with worry about anything and everything. 

Anyway, I’ll move on for all you squeemish men…babies…

I have nothing new much to report. I have no plans for this weekend and plan on resting and catching up on some cleaning up of clutter.  It appears we will be getting a kitten next weekend, so I figure I’d better prepare for that. 

First meeting tonight as President…went pretty smoothly, and ended on time as scheduled.  That made everyone happy.

I know, this is all dull.  It is late, I’ve been working on trying to configure the last.fm plugin to work on my site, and I’m a little tired.  I’ll try to not be so boring when I post next time.

So I’m sitting here at work listening to the radio, and they are playing Who Says You Can’t Go Home by Bon Jovi.

I’m just gonna say it.  Everytime this song comes on, this thought goes through my head:  Heather Locklear, that’s who!
