So, I was surfing the web and found a blog by a neighbor. Looked around, read it and enjoyed it. He has no link to comment on his posts, so I signed the guestbook. (see my blogroll to the right; it is the 4th one down)

Unbeknownst to me, he was having a contest for those who signed it and offered me a prize. Cool, huh? Wish I could think of something like that to do. But I’m a little on the cheap side. So it wouldn’t be much. Then there would be the issue of mailing something. And I hate going to the post office.

I figure just reading my blog, and giving everyone a little bit of my inner sunshine is prize enough.

HA! That was a joke, and in the words of Larry, I don’t care who you are…that was funny.

Anyway, I wanted to throw out a big thanks to him, and toss a direct link to his site in an entry.

Also, here is another area blogger. And she lives not far from me at all (she’s also on the blogroll).

I still need to get some stuff out of layaway, get my mom a little something, my dad a little something, my mema a little something…I think that maybe it. Oh wait, the gift for exchange at work. Then that is it. Until I see something else that I think someone in my family will just love…

Sigh. All right, better start getting ready for work.
